The course costs £60 which is less than the cost of cigarettes for a week (20 a day). So if you have ever considered being a non-smoker then this is the course for you. There will be no "smoking is bad" lectures just helpful and constructive support on how to think differently on the reasons you smoke. I myself used to smoke, it was my favourite thing in the whole world, or so I thought. But I promise I am not one of those holier than though ex-smokers. I can truly empathise with how you relate to smoking but I also know that becoming a non-smoker doesn't have to be hard with the right tools at your disposal.
