Since finishing the exciting "Go sugar free" course, I've had a little more time to make progress on some other projects. As you know one of my passions is to apply my training to help people who suffer from insomnia, I personally have suffered from different forms of sleep issues nearly all of my life, but with a little help from self-hypnosis, ACT and practical help, my sleep is now much improved. When I speak to people about my sleeping workshops, quite a few people ask, would it work for children. At which point I say although I think the techniques may help, I'm not trained in how to communicate these methods to children. But it got me thinking, perhaps I could put the techniques into a children's story book and the concept of "Sleep tight Scribbles" was born. I'm currently sending out copies of "Sleep tight Scribbles" to publishers. I understand that it's a really competitive market but as I say to some of my clients, you only really fail if you don't try.
