I am a bit lost for words actually, I have felt huge benefit since our last session!
No disrespect but I wasn't really expecting to feel such a change after just two sessions!
I have had no urges to eat in any secretive way and have had much better control over my eating. My thoughts have definitely shifted from focusing on food and I feel so relieved.
